Dr. Firas C Kreeshan is a UK-trained dermatology consultant on the GMC specialist register. He holds an NHS consultant post at the dermatology tertiary centre of excellence at Salford Royal Hospital in Manchester. Dr. Kreeshan provides adult and paediatric dermatology services for the treatment of general dermatological diseases, inflammatory skin diseases, skin cancer, and skin surgery. He has a special interest in treating inflammatory skin diseases, particularly eczema and psoriasis, and their management using advanced treatments such as immunosuppressants, biologics, and new small molecules. Dr. Kreeshan helped set up the tertiary eczema service at Salford Royal, providing regional care for patients with eczema.
A national and international speaker, Dr. Kreeshan frequently presents at dermatology conferences, sharing his expertise on inflammatory skin diseases and advanced dermatological treatments. He has been involved in several clinical trials and has published papers in the field of inflammatory skin disease.
Dr. Kreeshan has also experience in laser treatments where he specialises in the use of different lasers for treating birthmarks, blemishes, facial redness, rosacea, acne scarring, and skin rejuvenation. He is part of the laser tertiary service at Salford Royal. His experience with laser technology enhances his ability to offer comprehensive care tailored to individual patient needs.
Dr. Kreeshan completed a master’s degree in skin aging and aesthetic medicine at the University of Manchester and is now an honorary lecturer at the university. His role also involves training other doctors in performing aesthetic procedures, with a strong focus on evidence-based teaching to ensure safe, effective, and scientifically grounded practices. Dr. Kreeshan is skilled in a range of aesthetic treatments, including anti-wrinkle injections, dermal fillers, microneedling, PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma), and CO2 fractional laser rejuvenation. In addition to his clinical duties in the NHS, Dr. Kreeshan holds the position of Trust Specialty Training Lead, where he plays a key role in mentoring and shaping the next generation of dermatology consultants. Given his dedicated efforts to improving training at Salford Royal, Dr. Kreeshan was nominated as the Educator of the Year by the Northern Care Alliance Trust in 2024.

I recently attended Everything Skin Clinic for a mole mapping examination. It's been my fourth visit dr kreeham and the delightful nurse who attended suzanne who is very attentive, with warm hands and cream was very gentle with the photo gun , wasn't her first rodeo. I find the whole team at skin clinic very professional and reception staff in a clean and comfortable environment. I was extremely happy when i left the overall experience was excellent i been cuming to the clinic over a year now and would highly recommend a visit for peace of mind. i have no concerns at all and look forward to my next. i'm not very good spelling or grammar as i have a few qualifications autism adhd and dislexia. thanks again to all the team.

Thankyou so much to Dr Kreeshan for my treatment. He made me feel at ease and explained the procedure amazingly. I have healed so well and it’s only day two. And also to my wonderful nurse Suzanne. She let me hold her hand when I was scared during treatment and her kind, warm nature helped me massively. She is incredible at her job.

Very happy with the service. Receptionist answered all my questions before booking the appointment for me. I was seen promptly by Dr Newsham as requested. He was extremely helpful and I feel very confident with the information he has given me. Would definitely recommend The Everything Skin Clinic to others.
