Dr Firas C Kreeshan

Dr Firas C Kreeshan is a UK trained dermatology consultant on the GMC specialist register. Dr Kreeshan holds an NHS consultant post at the dermatology tertiary centre-of-excellence at Salford Royal Hospital in Manchester. He provides adult dermatology services for the treatment of general dermatological diseases, inflammatory skin diseases, skin cancer and skin surgery. Dr Kreeshan has a special interest in treating inflammatory skin diseases in-particular eczema and psoriasis and their management using advanced treatments such as immunosuppressants, biologics and new small molecules. He helped set up the tertiary eczema service at Salford Royal, providing regional care for patients with eczema. He has been involved in several clinical trials and published papers in the field of inflammatory skin disease. Furthermore, he has an interest in skin ageing and completed a master’s degree in skin ageing and aesthetic medicine at the University of Manchester. In addition to his clinical duties, he holds the trust speciality training lead post in the department, supporting and training the future dermatology consultants.
